We are seeking an experienced Licensed Executive to participate in day to day assertion licensing and enforcement programs including market analysis, licensing negotiations, drafting of license agreements, and managing litigation. Assertion licensing experience and knowledge of patents is required.

Manager/Director/Vice President, Business Development
We are seeking experienced licensing/sales executives to develop new clients and to acquire new patents. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional salesmanship and experience in patent licensing or enforcement in the electronics industry. Both attorneys and non-attorneys will be considered.

Project Engineer/Project Manager
We are seeking project engineers and project managers to plan, coordinate and track deliverables for our many licensing programs. The ideal candidates will have an engineering degree and 3 to 10 years of experience managing technical projects, including managing outsourcing partners.
